By adopting bottle-neck clamping design, or Hanging Type Bottle-Conveying System, the DCGF series can adapt many different shapes of bottles easily. It can be applied to your producing line directly with much less auxiliary units as well as inconveniences needed.
2) Filling process:
The DCGF series adopt Micro-Pressure technology which makes the filling process faster and more stable without losing pin-point filling accuracy.
3) Washing process:
Spring clamps are applied in the bottle washing unit. Empty bottles can be turned over by 180 degrees along the conveying rail. Two times of internal and external washing can guarantee the bottle washing quality.
4) Sealing process:
Magnetic torque technology is used for cap screwing. The force of cap screwing can be adjusted continuously without grade. This function guarantees a low defect rate of capping process.
5) Cap supplying process:
Air-powered horizontal swirl cap sorting device is applied in cap supplying process, in order to prevent cap from being scratched. And shortage of cap in Cap-Storing-Tank can be sensed out by sensors which can let out an alarming. After that, more caps can be reloaded automatically.
