2. CNC MILLINGMachine's milling department consists of machining centers for a wide range of capabilities. We use vertical machining centers, horizontal bore mills, and other conventional milling equipment. We can handle many sorts of machining processes on a variety of materials.We are capable of close tolerance machining of stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron and steel, and most any ferrous or non-ferrous metal.
3. CNC TURNINGOur turning department is comprised of CNC and manual engine lathes capable of turning diameters as small as .25 inches and as large as 38 inches. 4. PRECISION GRINDINGGrinding department can grind up to 62" swing corner to corner with our high powered, 100 H.R, A.C., main spindle motor rotary surface grinder. Our grinding operators are experienced in rotary grinding and surface grinding most any type of magnetic and non-magnetic parts, including side plates, base plates, parallels die plates, mold plates, shear blades, fixtures and fabrications
