Introduction of Function and Procedure

1.The bottom paper is sent by stepper motor, which controls the interval of bottom papers about 0.1mm, so that the machine performs more stable and paper-saving.Meanwhile, the machine is equipped with the optical eye which will send the bottom paper only if there is paper cup body, so that it save a lot of raw material.

2.The inner structure adopted the vertical axis gear drive system, avoiding chain loosening and malposition problems.

3.Automatic lubrication system, which reduces the friction of machine parts and improves the machine maintenance

4.The machine is equipped with optically controlled non-contact switch(such as on the paper holder, cup body, bottom paper and cup discharging etc, customized if possible), checking and auto alarming, thus, the switch can protect the machine parts from crashing, increases the stability and maintenance of the machine.

5.Paper feeding working station is driven by cams without noise, performing stable and well, which is pioneer technology at home.

6.The machine adopts the gear motor in replacement of the separate reduction box and motor, makes the drive system simpler and more stable.

7.Automatic paper cup collecting in the sixth working position that increases the efficiency.
