PVC Laryngeal Mask Airway
Method of use:
The laryngeal mask is used for general anesthesia surgery, and the breathing passage to ensure the breathing of patients. The laryngeal mask can seal the laryngeal cavity and the laryngeal cavity, so as to prevent laryngeal secretions from entering the laryngeal cavity and affecting the respiratory function of patients under general anesthesia. The central laryngeal mask has a breathing passage directly connected to the laryngeal cavity, and the distal end is connected to the ventilator to maintain the breathing of patients. Unlike endotracheal intubation, the laryngeal mask is inserted into the trachea through the larynx to avoid injury to the larynx cavity, dislocation of the arytenoid joint, and damage to the tracheal mucosa. It is suitable for general anesthesia operations on other parts of the body except for upper respiratory tract operations.

2. The cuff is designed according to anatomical structure of human pharynx, which reduces stimulation to patient and leakage risk.
Features:
1.The operation is simple and easy. As long as the patient has no difficulty in opening the mouth, the laryngeal mask can be placed.
2.No need to insert laryngoscope and expose glottis.
3.Without mechanical stimulation such as catheter insertion through the glottis, it is not easy to appear laryngeal edema, vocal cord injury, recurrent laryngeal nerve numbness and other complications.
4.Less stimulation, less complications such as postoperative laryngeal pain and cough, laryngeal edema.
5.The airway resistance is small, and the patient's respiratory muscles are not easy to fatigue.
6.More Cheaper.
Contraindications:
1.Patients with satiety, high intra-abdominal pressure, and risk of vomiting regurgitation and aspiration;
2.Patients with a history of habitual vomiting regurgitation;
3.Infection or other pathological changes in the throat;
4.surgery that must maintain positive pressure ventilation;
5.patients with respiratory bleeding;
6.Patients with chronic respiratory diseases whose ventilatory pressure is greater than 25cmH20;
7.Patients with small mouth, big tongue or abnormal enlargement of tonsils.
