TPS AD04 Self-Adherent Soft Silicone Foam Dressing

        Foam dressing is a new dressing made of medical polyurethane containing CMC and made by the latest foaming process.


 

Main Function Principles

1. lt has rich cellular structure and strong and rapid liquid absorption amount.
2. Gel is formed on the wound after liquid absorption to keep the wound moist.
3. lt has the ability to retain exudate in situ, i.e. the function of "locking water".
4. The surface of the product can be covered with semi-permeable polyurethanefilm, which is waterproof and breathable and can block invasion of externalbacteria, foreign matters and the like.
5. lt has softness, elasticity and compliance characteristics to prevent the woundfrom being pressed.
6. The cellular structure can absorb the odor of the wound

 

Product Description

1. This product is foamed by adding (MC to medical polyurethane. lt is      divided intocommon type, composite type, self-adhesive type and          silver ion type
2. The thickness of the product is 2 mm - 6 mm, and the weight per           unit area is735 g/m'/5 mm (thickness).
3. The product covered with breathable polyurethane film on the                 surface is acomposite product, and its air-permeability amount is           1.84g/10cm~/24h/37°Cliquid absorption amount 6.94g/10cm                  /24h/37°C; total adsorption amount8.78g/10cm'/24h/37°C
4. Water absorption rate ≥ 8
5. The adhesive part of the self-adhesive foam dressing is thin                  hydrocolloid layer. which can accelerate wound healing while fixing        the dressing.

Product Indications

1.It is widely used in wounds with medium to large amount of exudate.I. Chronic and acute wounds, such as leg ulcer, pressure ulcer (stage ll.lV) anddiabetic ulcer.
2. Operative wounds (postoperative wounds, wounds of skin donor site, skin injury).
3. Partial cortical (ll degree) burns.
4. Traumatic wounds or operative wounds left for secondary healing. such asdehiscent surgical incision.
5. Operative wounds treated by primary healing. such as skin incision and surgicalincision (such as orthopedics and yascular surgery).6. Bleeding-prone wounds for local treatment, such as those cleared mechanicallyor surgically, and skin donor sites.
7. Pain wounds. abrasions, lacerations, cuts, burns and scalds, etc.
8. Silver ion foam dressing is especially suitable for infected wounds with largeamount of exudate.
9. Tracheotomy foam dressing is suitable for intubation fixation during tracheotomyand other special occasions.
