Product Introduction
Ceramic fiber is a new type of refractory lining product introduced to simplify and expedite kiln construction, and improve the overall integrity of furnace linings. This product is pure white in color, uniform in size, and can be directly fixed on the anchor nails of the industrial kiln shell steel plate. It has excellent refractory and thermal insulation effects, enhancing the overall refractory insulation of the kiln and promoting the advancement of kiln construction technology. It is classified for temperatures ranging from 1050 to 1400ºC.
Product Features
Ceramic fiber needle punched felt has high elasticity and high tensile strength. It exhibits excellent resistance to erosion. Ceramic fiber needle punched felt has low bulk density and low heat storage. It also provides good sound absorption and thermal insulation performance.
Production Process and Product Characteristics
Various types of alumina-silica fiber blankets, including ordinary, standard, high-purity, high-alumina, and zirconium-containing alumina-silica fiber mats, are produced using the spinning process. They are further processed through needle punching, thermal setting, cross-cutting, and rolling processes.
In addition to having excellent performance similar to the corresponding loose alumina-silica fiber mats, various needle punched felts also exhibit excellent tensile strength. The texture of the needle punched felt is uniform, and the surface is smooth. The availability of needle punched felts with different bulk densities and thicknesses provides users with a wide range of material options to achieve better insulation structures and energy-saving benefits.
