Disposable Circumcision Anastomat

Product performance

2. The anastomat safety device should be flexible to open and safe to use. The return spring of the stapler should be elastic enough so that the handle and circular knife can return quickly when the handle is released.
3. Suturing and cutting performance: The anastomat should have good suturing and cutting performance. After suturing, the anastomat should be, formed without defects such as stuck needles or dents. 4. The components to be assembled for the anastomat should be able to be assembled and disassembled smoothly; each moving part should be able to be pushed smoothly without jamming or loosening.
Main structural components
The anastomat consists of glans cover, nail base, knife pad ring, nail bin, nail bin cover, firing handle, adjustment knob, ring knife, anastomat nail, and anastomat nail washer.

Instructions for use
GCBPA type
1. Unscrew the adjustment knob and take out the nail base.
2. Place the nail base into the foreskin, cover the glans with the bell-shaped cover, place the edge of the nail base at the coronal sulcus and be flush with it, and properly fix the foreskin on the pull rod.
3. Insert the pull rod into the center hole of the instrument and tighten the adjustment knob. You can tighten it if it feels loose.
4. Remove the insurance buckle.
5. Press the firing handle to fire the anastomat.
6. Unscrew the adjustment knob and gently remove the instrument and the removed foreskin. If there are some that are not completely cut off, you can use scissors to trim them properly.

Contraindications
1. Those with deformed foreskin and glans (including those with extensive and tight adhesion of the foreskin and glans).
2. Those with foreskin and glans infection or edema.
3. Patients with penile cancer.
4. Patients with systemic diseases (such as bleeding tendencies, hypoalbuminemia, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.) and mental illnesses are contraindicated in surgery.
5. People with scarring constitution should use with caution.
