About the Shipping and delivery(ln stock)
Ship to US/USA ETD:3-7 days+ETA:35-40days afterdelivery
Ship to EU ETD 3~7days+ETA:45-55 days after delivery

1.We will test all the battery Voltage, appearance,internal resistance and capacity before delivery.
2.These products are prototype batteries without protection board,you need to purchase a match one! You can check our shop and search BMS.
3.Since the battery is a prohibited item, many express and logistics can not be sent, the arrival will be slow indeed, so please wait patiently after placing the order. If there are any problems with the delivery, please rest assured, please contact us, we will follow up until you receive the goods.
4. Warranty period:Prismatic LiFePO4 Battery 3 years (from the date of successful delivery),if the single battery capacity is less than 80% initial capacity, please take the testing pictures or videos and send to us, we will send to our engineer to check it, after confirmation, we will replace it or provide satisfied solutions.
5.If there is any miss or damaged for the shipping.Please contact us firstly, then send us the picture or video to check. In case of loss of cargo or the battery is damaged and can not be used or there is a greater risk of use, we will communicate with buyer, we can resend it or replace it or refund the product cost.If buyer send back the cells to seller, buyer should pay for the shipping cost.
These situations not provide return nor refund:
1. after the assembly or assembly process happen any problem, such as the protection board connected to the wrong wire burned lead to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc.
2:.For damage caused , such as battery bulge/welded, battery pack without protection BMS caused by charging.
3.DIY battery pack must be getting the cells balanced (same voltage ) before assembly. If there is any other wrong operation during the assembly process by yourself, it is not accepted refund.
