Installation and debugging
1 place the machine on the horizontal ground to ensure smooth operation of the machine.The tee pipe on the water saver is connected with the water inlet of the pump with a movable knot, and the tee pipe inlet is connected with the rubber pipe of the tap water pipe.
2 check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the operating voltage of the machine.Stretch the power cord, ground the yellow-green core with the earthing symbol reliably, and connect the remaining three core wires (two with single-phase motor) to the outlet terminal when the switch disconnects.For safety, the power switch USES an air switch.
3 open the water source valve and close the power switch when the water economizer is full of water. The machine can be tested only when there is no abnormal sound.
Usage and operation
1 first open the water source valve, make the control valve handle in the working position of the ball valve, hang up the sewage pipe, and close the power switch when the water saver is full of water;Normal operating water pressure 0.23 -- 0.28mpa, discharge pressure 0.08 -- 0.10mpa.
2 put the rice basket on the water economizer, put the float screen and sand screen separately, close the power switch, and point the meter tube at the bucket. When the water in the float separator is full of overflow, turn the meter tube at the basket and pour the rice into the bucket.The rice washing machine works continuously to remove the sand and gravel from the drain pipe, and the floating objects such as rice bran will flow into the floating screen automatically, and the grain will flow into the basket from the discharging tube.
3 when turning off the machine, first turn the control valve handle to the sewage discharge position, then turn off the water and power after putting down the sewage pipe to remove the accumulated water in the machine.
