The purpose of pretreatment: to remove oil, dust, and rust on the surface of the workpiece, and to form a film layer on the surface of the workpiece that resists corrosion and increases coating adhesion.

Main process steps: oil removal, rust removal, chromium-free passivation. After pre-treatment, the surface of the workpiece is not only free of oil, rust, and dust, but also generates a uniform and rough rust-resistant film on the silver-white glossy surface, which can prevent rust and increase the adhesion of the spray layer.
