The resin for pultrusion has low viscosity, good wettability and fast curing, and is suitable for pultrusion to manufacture fishing rods, tent poles, grilles and other products. Resin for RTM is suitable for RTM injection molding process to manufacture FRP products.

Resins for pultrusion application are low viscosity, rapid wetting reinforcements, fast curing. This series are suitable for producing fishing pole, tent pole, grille and so on.

A:unsaturated polyester resin

1.Features and usage:

The resin is a kind of ortho-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It has good wettability, high reactivity, fast curing, and excellent thermal strength. Products made with it are heat-resistant and have excellent mechanical properties, high modulus and high hardness, and are suitable for high-speed extrusion processes.

B:  unsaturated polyester resin
 

1.Features and usage:

This is  an ortho-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin. The product made of it has good rigidity and is not easy to deform. It is suitable for extrusion and manufacturing of fishing poles, tent poles, grilles and other products.

C:  unsaturated polyester resin
 

1.Features and usage:

The resin is an ortho-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin. FRP products made of it reinforced plastic products have good mechanical strength and high elongation, and have strong versatility, and are suitable for making glass fiber reinforced plastic products by pultrusion.

Features & Applications

It is highly recommended that all material is stored at stable temperatures below 25°C (77°F).
Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss.  Mild
mixing is recommended after prolonged storage.  Rotate stock.
