Engineering features:

Hard: After being treated with permeable sealing hardening materials, the Mohs hardness of the ground will reach 8-9, and the Mohs hardness will increase by about 45%.

Wear resistance: Permeable sealing hardening materials can solidify various components in concrete into a hard entity to increase hardness and density. After the ground is hardened, the wear resistance will be increased to more than 8 times.
3.
Dust prevention: Permeable sealing hardening materials react chemically with silicates in concrete, forming a dust-free and dense whole on the surface of the concrete, permanently controlling the precipitation of concrete dust from surface voids.
4.
Anti slip: For general concrete floors, salt and alkali components will precipitate from the surface, causing slipping. But the ground with permeable sealing hardening material is different. It forms a strong and dense whole on the concrete surface, and salt alkali components will not precipitate from the surface.
5.
Compression resistance: The compressive strength of the treated sample is increased by 25% compared to the untreated sample, and the flexural strength is also improved.

Impermeability: Permeable sealing and hardening materials can effectively penetrate into the concrete and react chemically with it, locking the pores inside and providing a permanent sealing effect on the concrete surface. They can effectively inhibit water, oil, and other surface contaminants from entering the concrete.

Weathering resistance: UV rays and water spray have no adverse effects on the treated samples and can effectively prevent the passage of chloride ions. Tests have shown that the treated ground effect will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic or water mist.

Corrosion resistance: After being treated with permeable sealing and hardening materials, the ground will greatly improve the corrosion resistance of concrete.
9.
Brightness: The concrete floor treated with permeable sealing hardening material will have a marble like luster, and the longer it is used, the better the glossiness.
10.
Environmental protection: Permeable sealing hardening material is a concrete sealing, dustproof, wear-resistant hardening agent, colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non combustible, which can make the concrete strong and dustproof.
Construction process:
Base treatment
First, thoroughly polish the ground with a 50-300 grit grinding disc until it feels smooth to the touch, and then use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to thoroughly clean the dust on the ground, so that the fine pores on the ground can fully absorb the material;
Spraying materials
Spray 1-3 layers of SPR-37102Na reinforced (1:1 water addition)/SPR-37105Li crystal clear liquid concrete sealing and curing agent until there are crystals on the surface. Allow it to naturally penetrate for 30-60 minutes, then rinse the ground with clean water (crystal clear liquid concrete sealing curing agent does not need to be rinsed), and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface crystallization;
Preliminary polishing
After maintenance (3-6 hours), wait for the ground to dry thoroughly, and then polish it 1-2 times with a 500 grit grinding disc;
Spraying materials
Apply SPR-37101C universal/SPR-37105Li crystal permeable liquid concrete sealing curing agent evenly on the ground with a spray, let it react for about 10~30 minutes, and then wash the ground with clean water (crystal permeable liquid concrete sealing curing agent does not need to be washed), and use a floor washer to clean the surface crystal.
Fine polishing
Use 800-3000 grit grinding discs for fine grinding treatment until the surface meets the smoothness requirements; If the place with extremely high brightness requirements can use a spray to spray SPR-37207C protective agent. After the surface is dry, it can be polished with resin abrasive disc. Overpolishing should be avoided; If waxing is required, apply the selected floor wax to the surface of the floor, do not apply too much. After drying for about 1-3 hours, polish with a polishing pad to achieve the required brightness and avoid excessive polishing.
