Properties This product is capsule.

[Indications] This product is suitable for sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria caused by respiratory tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, female genital tract infection and pelvic infection and abdominal infection. In addition, this product can be used as an alternative drug for patients with indications of penicillin use, such as patients allergic to penicillin or those who are not suitable for penicillin use.

[Usage and Dosage] Take it orally for adults, 1.5 ~ 2g a day, divided into 3 ~ 4 times; Children daily 30 ~ 60mg/kg, divided into 3 ~ 4 oral times, infants less than 4 weeks should not take. This product should be taken on an empty stomach.

[Adverse reactions] 1 Gastrointestinal reactions: common nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. Severe people have abdominal cramps, abdominal tenderness, severe diarrhea (watery or pus and blood), accompanied by fever, abnormal thirst and fatigue (pseudomembrous enteritis). Diarrhoea, enteritis, and pseudomembranous enteritis may occur at the beginning of treatment or several weeks after withdrawal. 2. Blood system: Occasionally leukopenia, neutropenia, eosinophilia and thrombocytopenia may occur; Rare aplastic anemia. 3. Allergic reactions: rash, pruritus, and occasional urticaria, angioneurotic edema, and serum disease reactions were observed; exanthemative dermatitis, bullous dermatitis, erythema pleomorphic and Stevens-Johnson syndrome were rare. 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function, such as elevated serum aminotransferase, jaundice, etc. Others: tinnitus, vertigo, candida infection, etc.

contraindications It is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergy to this product and clindamycin.

1. When allergic to this product, it is possible to be allergic to clindamycin. 2. Interference to diagnosis: serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase may increase after taking medicine. 3. Use with caution in the following situations: 1. Intestinal disease or prior history, especially ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, or antibiotic pun (this product may cause pseudomembranous colitis). 2. Decline in liver function. 3. Severe loss of kidney function. 4. During the medication, we should pay close attention to the number of defecations. If there is an increase in the number of defecations, we should pay attention to the possibility of pseudomembrane enteritis, and stop the medication in time and make appropriate treatment. 5. In order to prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever, the treatment course of hemolytic streptococcal infection with this class of drugs should be at least 10 days. 6. In the treatment of pseudomembrane enteritis caused by this product, mild patients may recover after withdrawal of the drug, while moderate to severe patients need to correct water and electrolyte disorders. If there is no obvious improvement after the above treatment, the patient should take metronidazole 250 ~ 500mg orally, 3 times a day. If relapse can be reused metronidazole oral can still be effective, still ineffective can be converted to vancomycin (or go to a vancomycin) oral, adult 0.5 ~ 2.0g a day, divided into 3 ~ 4 times. 7. Occasionally, it may lead to excessive reproduction of insensitive microorganisms or secondary infection. Once secondary infection occurs, corresponding measures should be taken. Use with caution if you have a history of asthma or other allergies. 9. For the elderly, the function of liver and kidney and blood routine should be checked regularly.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation:

[Drug Interactions] 1 can enhance the neuromuscular block of inhalation anesthetics, leading to skeletal muscle weakness and respiratory depression or paralysis (apnea), should be taken during surgery or after the combination. When used in combination with antiperistaltic antidiarrhoea or antidiarrhoea containing clay, this product may cause pseudomembrous enteritis with severe watery diarrhea during or even several weeks after the treatment course. Antiperistaltic and antidiarrhoea drugs are not suitable for use because they can delay the excretion of colonic endotoxin and lead to prolonged and aggravated diarrhea. When this product is combined with antidiarrhoea medicine containing white clay, the absorption of the former will be significantly reduced, so they should not be taken at the same time, and need to be spaced for a certain time (at least 2 hours). This product has a neuromuscular blocking effect, and when combined with antimyasthenic drugs, the effect of the latter on skeletal muscle will be weakened. In order to control the symptoms of myasthenia gravis, the dosage of antimyasthenic drugs should be adjusted when combined. Chloramphenicol or erythromycin can replace this product on the target site, or inhibit the binding of the latter to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosome. In vitro test shows that this product has antagonistic effect with them, so this product is not suitable for use. 5 When used together with opioid analgesics, the respiratory depression of this product and the central respiratory depression of opiates may lead to prolonged respiratory depression or respiratory paralysis (apnea) due to the cumulative phenomenon, so the patient must be closely observed or monitored. This product can enhance the effect of neuromuscular blocking drugs, both should be avoided in combination.

1 Pharmacology The antibacterial spectrum of this product is similar to erythromycin but narrower. It has high antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria such as staphylococcus (including penicillin resistant strains), streptococcus, diphtheria bacilli and anthracis bacilli. It also has good antibacterial activity against Gram-negative anaerobes. Bacteroides including Bacteroides fragilis, Fusobacteria, Digesticoccus, Streptococcus Digestiae, and Perfringens are highly sensitive to this product. Gram-negative aerobic bacteria including Haemophilus influenzae Neisseria and Mycoplasma were resistant to this product. There is no cross resistance to penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporins and tetracycline, there is partial cross resistance to macrolides, and there is complete cross resistance to clindamycin. The mechanism of action of this product is that it binds to the bacterial ribosome 50S subunit and prevents the extension of the peptide chain, thus inhibiting the protein synthesis of bacterial cells. This is a bacteriostatic drug, but at high concentrations, it also has a bactericidal effect on certain bacteria. 2 Toxicology Half lethal dose (LD50) : 214mg/kg intravenously and 4000mg/kg orally in mice; The oral administration was 4000mg/kg in rats.
