LDR Series Small Portable Electric Boiler for Laboratory (12KW)
I. Product Introduction:
"FUTURE" small scale electric steam boiler is run by power energy, no noise, no pollution. Using high quality heating elements, with a lower surface heat load and higher thermal efficiency. This product adopts cabinet design style, elegant appearance, compact internal structure and it's ideal for saving space.
How to use? (After finish connecting piping)
A: Press "ON" button on control panel.
B: Check pressure gauge, when up to 0.4MPa(availble for adjustment), opening steam valve, and use the steam.
Safety assurance:
A: Pressure: By pressure controller when steam pressure reaches to the setting pressure, electric steam generator will shut off automatically.
B: With high water level, low level, super high level alarm protections.
Advantage:
Safer Running
Electric steam generator is flameless and safer. This eliminates the risk of flareback, firebox explosions,
And smoke damage.
Application:
For laboratory, building heat, chemical processing, health care, laundry, paper processing, drinking, textile & dying, etc...
