1.Introduction:

The difference between packing machine and automatic packing machine:

The packing machine refers to a semi-automatic packing machine, it is manual bagging, after the weighed material falls into the packing bag, then seals the bag. The weighing is automatic, but bagging need by manual, so it is called a semi-automatic packing machine.

Automatic packing machine, all the process is automatically completed by the machine: automatic sorting bags, automatic loading bags, automatic weighing materials, automatic detecting and correcting, automatic filling materials into the bags, automatic folding bags, automatic sealing, the whole process is automatically controlled by PLC, no need manual working.

2.Technological process:

2.1.Automatic sorting of empty bags: the empty new bags are irregular in the making and transporting process, and the bags are bonded between the bags. The bags manufacturers use the hot cutting process to instead of cold cutting process, which causes the bags to stick together, it is difficult to open the bags by the vacuum suction cup, and the bags mouth needs to be processed by the bag opening device. The new empty bags can only enter the next process well after being processed by the above process.

2.2.The requirements of the bags: the new bags must be coated on at least one side, if the bags' both sides are all not coated, then can't be used. Both the double-layer inner film and coated bags are all can be used. The weight of the bag need over 80 grams.

2.3.Bags conveying (suction): qualified empty bags are sucked up by vacuum suction cups, the lifting parts will lift the bags to a certain height, the moving parts will send the bags to the bag opening position, and the sorting parts will adjust the bags to a suitable position, then the bag opening parts will open the bags' mouth.

2.4.Bags opening: the vacuum suction cup presses the bags from both sides at the same time, and then moves from both up and down directions to suck the bags' mouth. According to different kinds of bags, the quantity and size of the suction cups need to be tested and determined.

The bags feeding process is success or not depends on the bags opening process. Many bags feeding process failures are caused by the failure of bag opening, which caused the bag-feeding manipulators to fail to grasp, or the bags' mouth is not standardized, even if the bag-feeding manipulators grasp successfully, will not be standardized after bagging, which will eventually cause the bags' mouth to be irregular. So the folding and sealing process will be failure, resulting in leakage out of the bags.

2.5.Bags feeding process: bags taking parts (including connecting arms), there are two up mouth opening brace arms and two down mouth opening brace arms on the left and right of the connecting arms. There are telescopic mechanisms hinged between the rear end of the up mouth opening brace arms and two down mouth opening brace arms.

And the up clamping arms are hinged on one side of the up clamping arms. The front end of the up clamping arms corresponds up and down with the front end of the up mouth opening brace arms. The up clamping cylinders are hinged between the rear end of the up clamping arms and the up mouth opening brace arms, and the down clamping arms are hinged on one side of the down mouth opening brace arms. The front end of the down clamp arms corresponds up and down with the front end of the down mouth opening brace arms. The down clamping cylinders are hinged between the rear end of the down clamping arms and the down mouth opening brace arms.

The telescopic mechanisms are double-arms single cylinders, or a single-arm single cylinders or connecting rod mechanisms. The up clamping arms are located outside or inside the up mouth opening brace arms, and the down clamping arms are located outside or inside the down mouth opening brace arms. Used on automatic bag packing machines, the size of the bags' mouth can be adjusted synchronously during bags taking and feeding process, so can ensure the bags' mouth can fit the discharging hopper closely, adapt to various materials packing, and get best effect.

2.6.Material filling: after the empty bags are put into the discharge hopper, the automatic detection device will check whether the bags are in position. After confirmed, the weighed material will be filled into the bags to complete the filling of the material.

2.7.Bags transferring, folding, sealing: the filled bags move forward through the conveyor, and the bags sorting parts will sort the bags' mouth, and then introduce bags into the folding machine for folding and sealing to complete the automatic packing process.

2.8.Automatic packing machines' control system: the automatic packing machines are controlled by PLC, and the touch screens are used for data management and man-machine communication. For the whole automatic packing machines, stable operation is the most important, we use high-quality accessories to ensure the quality.
