Q: why need pay Sample fee?
A:If you need sample to check the quality, there will be sample fee and express fee, but sample fee
can be refund once the order confirmed.
Q: Can you help with the design?
A: Yes, we have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
Q: What about the lead time?
A:It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
Q: How can I know if my goods have been shipped?
A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking number once shipped.

A: Goods can be sent by EMS; UPS; FEDEX; DHL or other ways specified.
A:For small orders, 100% in advance; for big orders, 30% in advance and 70% before shipment
