Description 

IOTA M8760 A/B is a flowable, addition-type, two components, room temperature curing thermally conductive silicone rubber.

Two-component, 1:1 mix ratio

Low viscosity, easy foaming, good leveling

Good thermal conductivity

Good heat resistance, moisture resistance, cold resistance

Flame retardant up to UL94-V0 level

NOTES 

1. IOTA M8760 is a platinum catalyzed product. The platinum catalyst is in the component A. Strict attention should be paid when using, to avoid catalyst poisoning. 

2. Only components A and B of the same lot number can be mixed together.

3. To ensure optimum fluidity and homogeneity of the material, the material must be thoroughly agitated before being transferred to the container to disperse any sedimentation that may occur during the storage period.
