Product Description

The thermal conductivity of BeO ceramics is very high, which is comparable to that of some metal materials; it also has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, high strength, and low dielectric loss, which meets the requirements of power devices for insulation performance.

Application:
The Beo ceramic is widely used in High-power microwave devices, electronics packaging component, power electronic device, power thick film hybrid integrated circuit, electrovacuum technology, nuclear technology, the field of photoelectront ect.
Advantage: BeO is lightweight, very rigid and has excellent thermal management properties - meaning it withstands extreme temperatures and rapidly dissipates heat better than any other ceramic material. Beryllia's thermal conductivity is ten times greater than alumina ceramics, making it useful in heat producing circuits, such as those carrying high currents or very dense circuitry. Beryllia's low dielectric constant allows improved electrical performance, particularly at higher frequencies.
