The material is evenly discharged through the hopper, and the cutting material is sent to the hob shredding mechanism by the feeding mechanism, which is quickly and roughly cut into large particles. The large particles obtained by rough cutting are then conveyed by the conveyor belt to two sets of reciprocating shredding mechanisms for shredding. The reciprocating speed of the cutter is constant. By changing the speed of the conveyor belt, the number of times the material is sheared is increased, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the particle size.
Operation Points Peanut Chopping Cutting Machine
1. Set the shredder pads to be stable and level. If you do not move frequently, you can place rubber and other shock-absorbing materials under the 4 bottom corner plates and fix them with expansion bolts.
2. The discharge ports at all levels are properly connected with the material box. After installation, turn on the power and turn it on to see if it rotates in the forward direction and rotates normally.
3. Before starting each motor, be sure to check all transmission parts, conveyor belts and cutter parts, and there are no tools left behind by foreign objects.
