Impact Crusher Introduction:
Impact crusher has more than 50 years development history in our country, its technical features has reached the international level. Compared with general crusher, it not only have ordinary advantages of large crushing ratio, even size, less phenomenon of over-crushing, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, but also has wide range of adjustable size. Moreover, it is widely used chemical, cement, building, refractory liner, and ceramic industries, mainly suitable for medium and finecrushing, such as the ore, rock and slag with mid-hardness.
Operation principles:
The impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. It mainly consists of body, impact plate, impact rack, scale board, feed opening, bottom case, blow bar, rotor support and other components.
When working , the motor drive the rotor rotate in high speed, when the ores enter into the cavity, the blow bar will impact them with high speed rotary, and then throw them to the first impact plate. As the action of the impact force, the material will be crushed again and rebounded to the blow bar. Repeat the above process, the material will be threw to the second blow bar for further crushing, when the size is smaller than the gap between blow bar and impact plate, the end products will be discharged from the lower parts. Moreover, adjust the gap will change the size and shape of the end products.

1. Series of high manganese steel
They are the wear-resisting materials that are mainly used in metallurgy, mining and crushing equipment, including ordinary high manganese steel, modified high manganese steel, super-high manganese steel, multi-component alloy intensely processed high manganese steel and magnet high aluminum steel lining plates.
2. Series of medium and low alloy steel
These products are mainly used in the lining plates for power plants, coal plants, cement factories and some mining ball mills, characterized with good adaptability, non-deforming, non-breaking and twice the longevity of high manganese steel.
3. Series of high chromium cast iron
These products are mainly used in the crushing equipment for metallurgy, mining and cement sectors, suitable for medium impact casting. With favorable cast performance and sound wear resistance, they are divided into four groups according to the service conditions: Km BCr15, KmTBCr20, Km TBCr26 and compound type.
4. White cast iron
These products are mainly used for producing various types of steel balls for mining ball mill, crushed rate less than 1%, it can meet various series ball mill use.
5. Series of compound wear-resisting products
Hardfacing wear-resisting technique and bimetal compound casting technique are adopted to make high strength wear-resisting products, with the characteristics of being easy to process and strong wear-resisting ability.
