Delivery

After-Sales Service
1. The IGET BAR 3500 vape pen e-cigarette has 12 12-month warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. If any defective occurs during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of returns and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
