Ibuprofen Tablets

Main Ingredients This product mainly into the distribution of profen.

Category of action This product is an over-the-counter antipyretic and analgesic drug.

Indications for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, dysmenorrhea. Also used for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.

1. A small number of patients may appear nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcer and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain.

2. Rare skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal nipple necrosis or renal failure, and bronchospasm.

1. It is contraindicated for people allergic to other NSAIDs.

2. Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited.

3. It is contraindicated for asthmatic patients who are allergic to aspirin.

1. This product is symptomatic medicine, and should not be used for a long time or in large quantities. It should not be used for more than 5 days for pain relief or more than 3 days for antipyretic.

2. Do not take other medicines containing antipyretic and analgesic (such as some combination anti-cold medicines) at the same time.

3. Do not drink alcohol or alcoholic beverages while taking this product.

4. Use with caution in patients over 60 years of age, bronchial asthma, liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation mechanism or platelet dysfunction (such as hemophilia).

5. Use under the guidance of a physician for patients with a history of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiac insufficiency, and hypertension.

6. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek immediate medical attention.

7. People who are allergic to this product should not use it. People with allergic constitution should use it with caution.

8. Do not use this product when its properties change.

9. Please keep the product out of reach of children.

10. If you are using other medicines, consult your physician or pharmacist before using this product.

11. If gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, slurred speech, etc., discontinue medication and consult a physician.

Drug Interactions 1. When used with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, this product may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may lead to ulcers.

2. When used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarin, prothrombin time can be prolonged and bleeding tendency can be increased.

3. When used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, it can increase the blood drug concentration of these drugs, so it is not suitable to use them together.

4. When used with furosemide (furanilinic acid), the sodium expulsion and hypotensive effects of the latter are weakened; When used together with antihypertensive drugs, the antihypertensive effect of the latter was also reduced.

5. If combined with other drugs, drug interactions may occur. For details, please consult your physician or pharmacist.

Aderse reactions to drugs are positively related to the dose taken, so emergency treatment for overdoses should include emetic medication, gastric lavage, oral activated carbon, antacids, or/and diuretics, as well as monitoring and other supportive measures.

Drug toxicology This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin, with antipyretic analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects.

Pharmacokinetics 1. Absorbable by oral administration, absorption slows down when taken with food, but absorption does not decrease. Absorbability is not affected when taken with antacids containing aluminum and magnesium.

2. The plasma protein binding rate was 99%.

3. The plasma concentration reached the peak 1.2~2.1 hours after taking the drug. The plasma concentration was 22ug/ml ~ 27ug/ml at the dosage of 200mg, 23ug /ml ~ 45ug/ml at the dosage of 400mg and 43ug /ml ~ 57ug/ml at the dosage of 600mg.

4. T12 is usually 1.82 hours after a single dose.

5. After 5 hours of administration, the concentration of the joint fluid is equal to the concentration of the blood drug, and the concentration of the joint fluid is higher than the concentration of the plasma in the next 12 hours. The product is metabolized in the liver, 60% ~ 90% is excreted through the kidney in the urine, 100% is excreted within 24 hours, of which about 1% is the protoplasm, and part is excreted with the stool.
