Product Description

Introduction:

The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester is the cornerstone of the flooring materials reaction to fire tests in the Euroclass system. The tester measures the spread of flame of the sample, under thermal exposure, using a radiant heat ignition source. The thermal exposure is that of a fire growing in the room of origin that through a door opening, radiates onto the floorings in an adjacent room or corridor.
The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester can also be used for tests to standards ASTM E648 and DIN 4102 Part 14.

· ISO 9239-1:Floor coverings - Fire reaction test - Part 1: Determination of flaming performance using radiant heat sources;
· ASTM E648:The floor covering is subjected to a critical thermal radiation test using a thermal radiation source method;
· DIN 4102-14: Fire behaviour of building materials and elements - Determination of the burning behaviour of floor covering systems using a radiant heat source


Feature
1. The stainless steel test box adopts a front door design, which is easy to clean the inner wall of the box;
2. The inner wall of the box is made of calcium silicate board, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion;
3. The stainless steel fume collecting hood device is placed above the combustion test box;
4. 300mm X 450mm porous ceramic heat radiation board, placed at an angle of 30 degrees;
5. Provide T-shaped porous burner, apply open flame to the sample, adopt cylinder push mode;
6. The light path system includes a light source of 2900 ± 100 K color temperature incandescent lamp, and the light source is a silicon photodiode;
7. The shutter is placed in the front of the silicon photodiode, which can be automatically opened and closed by the computer test software, which is convenient for calibration and use;
8. Rotameter adjusts the flame height of T-burner;
9. The propane mass flow meter adjusts the gas flow of the radiant panel and displays it digitally;

The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester is supplied with a blower to provide the air source, and the gas used for the mixed test of the Venturi mixture;
11. The mass flow controller is used to adjust the air intake flow of the radiant panel;
12. SB water-cooled heat flow meter, the working range is 0-50 kW/m2, the accuracy of the heat flow meter is <±2%, and the response time is 0.2 s. It provides a portable cooling water source without external water;
13. The user can move the heat flow meter to easily calibrate the heat radiation flux of the radiant panel, and the test software can draw a standard heat radiation flux curve;

The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester is equipped with a foot switch, the user can obtain the flame spread time to reach the test distance according to the flame spread distance, and the computer can record it by itself;
15. Install a chimney thermocouple and one thermocouple in the box, and display it by computer software;

The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester is equipped with an infrared radiometer, which can detect the temperature of the radiation panel and display it by computer software;

The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester adopts 15-inch industrial touch screen computer, users can monitor the entire combustion test process through the test software;
18. The software can display test-related information such as heat radiation flux value, smoke density curve, transmittance curve, and wind speed.
