The main body of the device is blue (Jie Sheng color number JS-SK-003), with warning signs for personal safety. It is welded by profiles and machined after vibration aging treatment for rigidity and accuracy. Equipped with height-adjustable foot cups and safety protection doors. Parts undergo necessary surface treatments like electroplating and blackening for strength and functionality.

Mechanical Structure:

• Feeding Structure: Uses a vibrating plate for feeding with a noise-reducing glue-sprayed disk.


• Rolling Groove Structure: Pipe rotation by a motor pressing against the pipe wall.


• Net Loading Structure: Air filter pushes fittings into the pipe with cylinder power.


 

Electrical Structure:

Utilizes CNC system for automation, DC weak current control, and reliable operation. High-quality air switch and Schneider button used. Control circuit has overload protection function.

Electrical components installation complies with national regulations with a reliable grounding device. VDE standard V-shaped groove for terminal blocks, contactors, and small air switches. Electric control cabinet uses all-plastic combing cabinets for clear wire numbers.
