Rolling Machine for  water heater outer tank production line

Three-roll rolling machine is used in parallel with turret punch press. After turret press, the sheet is loaded by manipulator. Photoelectric detects the working piece and send out the signal. First centering cylinder works, then pushing cylinder works. Rolling action completes. According to the process requirements, the storage function is set with the discharging platform, it is controlled by storage test switch. Servo motor drives side roller to controll the rolling Dia. , parameters are set by computer.
