Q1: Can you provide us with a sample? Is it free or do we need to pay?
A1: Standard samples are free, only an express fee needs to be charged. Customized samples require a sample fee. (No express fee if you have your own freight collect account like Fedex, DHL, ***)
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: If we are not in a busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out within 3-7 days.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: Generally, we can manufacture orders of up to a few thousand items within 15-30 days once the order is confirmed.
Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes, you can. You have two options: (1) Send your label design to us, and we will put them on the items. (2) Send your finished labels to us, and we will attach them to the items.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: For OEM service, the general MOQ for each design is 500 pcs per color, with the best price. For special requests with a lower MOQ, please contact us for details.
Q6: How do you deliver?
A6: We deliver by sea, air, or courier services like DHL, UPS, FedEx.
Q7: What's your Payment term?
A7: We accept T/T or LC, with a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance before shipping.
Q8: Where is your factory located, and is it convenient to visit?
A8: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province. We provide a business vehicle for your convenience during your visit.
