YB series compact prefabricated substation
YB series box type substation, also known as a prefabricated substation, is a factory prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact distribution equipment consisting of high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, and low-voltage distribution devices arranged according to a certain wiring scheme. It combines the functions of transformer voltage reduction and low-voltage distribution organically and is installed in a moisture-proof, rust proof, dustproof, rodent proof, fireproof, anti-theft, heat-insulating, fully enclosed, and movable steel structure box. Especially suitable for urban network construction and renovation, suitable for places such as mines, factories, oil and gas fields, and wind power plants. It replaces the original civil engineering distribution room and becomes a new type of complete set of power transformation and distribution equipment.
Structural characteristics
1. This product is composed of a high-voltage distribution device, transformer, and low-voltage distribution shaft connected, divided into three functional compartments, namely the high-voltage compartment, transformer, and low-voltage compartment.The high and low-voltage compartments are fully functional, and the high-voltage side primary power supply system can be arranged into multiple power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply.
-High voltage metering elements can also be installed to meet the needs of high-voltage metering.
-The transformer room can choose S9, SC, and other series of low loss oil immersed transformers or dry-type transformers;
-The low-voltage room can adopt panel or cabinet mounted structures according to user requirements to form the power supply scheme that users need. It has various functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, and quantity measurement, meeting the different needs of users and facilitating power supply management and improving power supply quality.
2. The high-pressure chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has a comprehensive anti misoperation interlocking function. Transformers can be equipped with tracks for easy entry and exit from the doors on both sides of the transformer room when requested by users. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices. In addition, all components selected for high and low voltage rooms are reliable in performance, easy to operate, and ensure safe and reliable product operation and easy maintenance.
3. Adopt two methods: natural ventilation and forced ventilation. The transformer room and high and low voltage rooms have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan has a temperature control device that can automatically start and close according to the set temperature, ensuring the normal operation of the transformer.
4. The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering, and the material is made of colored steel plates, which have anti-corrosion and thermal insulation functions. Having the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dust-proof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.

7.What should I do if I want to visit the factory?
Our company is located in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China. The factory is about 35 minutes drive from Wenzhou Airport and 30 minutes drive from Yueqing High Speed Railway Station. It takes about 1 hour by airplane from Shanghai International Airport.
