Product Description
The sun board of PC is covered with double hollow sun boards. Configured systems include: hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton, dew collection system, top and peripheral covering materials, aluminum profile system, external shading system, internal shading and heat preservation system, window opening system, water curtain fan cooling system, power distribution system and drainage system.
1. Foundation materials and construction characteristics:
(1) Independent foundation. Reinforced concrete is usually used.
(2) Strip foundation. Masonry structure (brick, stone) is usually adopted, and the construction is also carried out by on-site masonry. A reinforced concrete ring beam is often set at the top of the foundation to install the embedded parts and increase the stiffness of the foundation.
2.greenhouse structure:
The greenhouse adopts the main skeleton of small roof with multiple drainage grooves with corrugated light steel structure. The selected hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, rectangular steel pipes and steel plates are all produced by large domestic steel mills. The roof drainage trough is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate. The main light steel structure adopts hot-dip galvanized steel, or hot-dip galvanized after processing.
3. Solar panel greenhouse is a widely used type of multi-span greenhouse and also belongs to Venturi structure. Solar panel greenhouse is a new composite material made of PC board as the base material, glass fiber reinforced material and anti-ultraviolet additives.
Advantages of PC solar panel greenhouse:
(1) the lighting area is large and the illumination is uniform.
(2). Long service time and high strength.
(3)It has strong corrosion resistance and flame retardancy.
(4)More than 90% of light is transmitted, and it does not decay with time.
4.The greenhouse is drained by a slope of 2.5‰ rain trough.Roof drainage adopts the form of indoor drainage, PVC drainage pipe through the outdoor drainage ditch, through the drainage ditch into the outdoor official website.The end column also serves as a drainage pipe, and the PVC drainage pipe leads into the underground drainage pipe from the bottom of the column.
5. Dew drainage system
Below the greenhouse gutter, a hot-dip galvanized sheet dew-receiving tank is set to receive the condensed water at the top of the greenhouse.
6.Outside sunshade system
The external shading and cooling system can improve the ecological environment in the greenhouse by adjusting the light. In hot summer, the sunshade curtain can block some sunlight according to different shading rates, and make the sunlight diffuse into the room, and evenly irradiate the crops to protect them from being burned by strong light.
7. Electric roof window system Skylight form One side of the roof facing the east is serrated, which is beneficial to the air circulation and the adjustment of temperature and humidity in the greenhouse.
8. Forced cooling system The forced cooling system adopts wet curtain/fan cooling system.
1 Wet curtain-fan cooling system: The most effective way to reduce temperature in greenhouse-the maximum temperature can reach 10ºC.
2 Fan:
Side windows: Electric aluminum alloy eversion windows are installed around the greenhouse (including outside the wet curtain), and the height of the eversion windows is 1.5m.. A reservoir is built on the north side of the greenhouse to supply water for the wet curtain system.
