V-CUT knife isalso known as PCB board V-CUT micro-knife, V-CUT knife, micro-knife, also called V-knife or V-groove knife, etc., the name of the users in different regions is not exhaustive. It mainly used for cutting V-shaped grooves on the printed circuit board (PCB board) on the V-CUT machine to facilitate the processing of a single circuit board.
The whole tungsten steel V-CUT knife, also known as the hard alloy V-CUT knife, is made of hard alloy. The high-quality tungsten carbide + cobalt powder is mixed with the formula and then sintered to form a hard alloy disc. And then the cutting tool made by the advanced hard alloy grinding process!
Our solid carbide V-CUT cutter has the advantage of high finish, sharp edge and high wear resistance. The service life is 20 to 150 times higher than that of alloy tool steel. It can cut hard materials around 50HRC. The service life of the machine is 10 to tens of times that of the ordinary material V-CUT knife, which can greatly reduce the number of frequent tool change and the production efficiency, without chipping and curling. The PCB (circuit board) processed by the solid carbide V-CUT knife has a high surface finish and no burrs, which can significantly improve the quality of the processed product. It is a cutting tool commonly used by PCB manufacturers to cut printed circuit boards.
