Product Description

General description

End Carriage also named as end trucks or trolley groups mainly composed by wheel, motor, steel structures, axis pin, pinion axle, buffer, connecting plate and connected flange and so on. There are two end carriages in the bridge crane, which are installed on both ends of the main beam. End carriage can be used to support the bridge, which is usually made by Q355B steel.

The large selection of travel wheels and special wheel designs enable Bogie to be adapted to almost any travel rails and operating conditions. Cost-effective, ready to install, simple installation and alignment, favorable dimensions and a wide variety of versatile connection options make our end carriage particularly cost-effective. As crane End Carriage is requested according to different needs from client all over the world, we can make it by following drawings and customized processing from custom.

Open gear End carriage is a type of End carriage which the driving by Soft start motor and have Self-lubricating bearing for no-maintenance, it is more economical than the European standard End carriage.


Design Feature

  1. Using hollow tube for the steel housing. Wheel material is alloy steel with proper heat treatment which is more stable and durable.
  2. Rectangular tube structure, compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, exquisite appearance and light weight. Use Q355B steel material(ISO EN S355, DIN ST52, ASTM A 572 Grade 50), welding specification follows ISO 15614, AWS D14.1, deflection can from 1/700 ~ 1/1000, MT or PT is requested for Fillet welding and UT is requested for joint welding.
  3. Shoot Blasting follow ISO8501-1 SA2.5 class, roughness follow ISO 8503 G class, clearness follow 8502-3 Level II. Use top brand like Hempel, International, and Jordon's Rich zinc epoxy painting for the prime, middle layer coating. Use polyurethane topcoat for the finished layer coating. All NANTE painters are trained or inspected by NACE or FROSIO level II Inspector.
  4. Soft start Gear motor makes sure the quality, IP54, F insulation class, and equipped with electro-magnetic brake, the brand can be NANTE Motor from inland China and other motor from TAIWAI.
  5. The control panel enclosure is IP55, and wiring is base on IEC standard. User inverter control for lifting and cross travel, smooth and low energy consumption. And PLC programming is optional.
  6. Can customized design base on different application and duty group.

Q2: Which standard of your crane and crane components apply to?
A2: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.

Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Q4: How can I make payment?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
