CEX Technology offers advanced metal injection molding processes that include:
Feedstock Preparation. This is the first step of the process where polymer and metal powder mixtures are created. We used below 20 microns of powder metals.
Injection Molding. The powder metals are molded using our advanced MIM tooling and equipment. In this process, the melted feedstock is being injected into the mold cavity.
Debinding. This process includes the removal of polymer binder from the metal.
Sintering. This is the final step of our MIM process where the brown parts of the molded parts are sintered. Thus, resulting in high tolerance and great density to the produced parts.
