Hydrodehydrogenation (HDH) is a process for preparing titanium powder by using the reversible properties of titanium and hydrogen, which produces brittleness after hydrogen absorption, and is mechanically crushed to make titanium hydride powder, and then dehydrogenated at high temperature under vacuum conditions to produce titanium powder. The titanium powder produced by this process has a wide range of particle size, low cost and low requirements for raw materials, and has become the main method for the production of titanium powder at home and abroad, but the O and N content of titanium powder prepared by this method is high. In recent years, the research on the preparation of low-cost and low-oxygen titanium powder has become increasingly active at home and abroad.

Titanium powder is a metal powder made of titanium, which is a silver-gray irregular powder, which is commonly used in aerospace, spraying, metallurgy, fireworks and other industries.
