Methyl 2-methylbutyrate is also known as methyl ethyl ester methyl ester, the English name is methyl2-methylbutanoate. Naturally found in baked potatoes, orchis oil, olives, lantern fruit, apples, cranberries, melon, jackfruit, strawberries, peas, mint, cheese. Aroma characteristics: pungent fruit aromas, ether aromas, ice cream with preserves, ripe fat aromas, green aromas. Description: Ethers, fruity, fresh pear, tropical fruit, ice cream with candied fruit, berries, ripe jackfruit, sweet apple-like notes at low concentrations. Used for the preparation of edible flavorings such as apple, ice cream with candied fruit, jackfruit, melon, egg fruit, banana, tropical fruit, common fruit with fresh ether flavor and daily chemical flavorings.
