High pressure water jet casting sand cleaning process:
The principle of cleaning the casting sand is to use the high pressure pump to convert the mechanical energy of the power source into pressure energy, the water with high strength pressure passes through the small hole of the high pressure nozzle, and then the pressure energy is converted into kinetic energy, thus forming a high-speed micro-water jet, and the powerful impact force of the high pressure water jet impacts the cleaned object, the dirt is removed and removed, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The high pressure water jet is a highly concentrated non-submerged jet, and the water sprayed by the nozzle can be divided into two parts: the original section and the basic section. The middle of the original flow is dense and conical, and this part of the flow is an isokinetic core, which keeps the jet velocity unchanged. The basic section is the flow from the tip of the isokinetic core to the vanishing boundary layer. Sanding is mainly done using the basic section. The sand cleaning machine is mainly realized by the scouring, wedge splitting and cutting of high pressure water jet. When the strength of sand mold (core) is low, the spray water will break and cut the sand in a large area by relying on its impact force. When the strength of the sand (core) is high, the jet splits the sand (core) like a sharp axe.
