Manufacturing Process
Sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material is made by powder metallurgy process. The melted alloy is made into powder and pressed into pressed embryo in magnetic field. The pressed embryo is sintered in vacuum to achieve densification. In order to improve the coercivity of magnet, further heat treatment is usually required.
Size
There are usually several common shapes for these strong Neodymium magnets, such as disc magnet, block magnet, ring magnet and arc magnet. Almost all products are customized per dimensions or drawings from customer.
Grade
Each type of product is divided into several grades according to the maximum magnetic energy product:
N35-N52,N35M-N50M,N30H-N48H,N30SH-N45SH,N28UH-N35UH,N28EH-N35EH
coating
There are usually Ni-Cu-Ni(Nickel), Zn and Epoxy coating etc. These coating can protect magnets from rust.
Main Magnetic Properties
Including remanence (BR), magnetic polarization, coercivity (intrinsic coercivity) (Hcj), magnetic induction, coercivity (HCB), and maximum magnetic energy product ((BH) max) of permanent magnet materials.
