Curing method:
The silicone resin could be surface dried under room temperature, completely dry under high-temperature heating, 40min under 200ºC;
20min under 250ºC. Adding amino silicone resin shortens curing time.
Notes:
a. The diluent solvent used in this product must not contain moisture, sulfur-containing compounds, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness, and other properties of the resin paint film.
b. During the processing of this product, a large amount of flammable, explosive, and toxic solvents such as xylene will evaporate. It is necessary to strengthen on-site ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention, and strictly cut off ignition sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
c. The equipment and tools used in the processing of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust, foreign objects, and water.
d. Acids, bases, organic acid salts, and amine compounds have an accelerating effect on the curing of this product and affect its heat resistance and electrical properties. Therefore, this product should be strictly isolated from these substances during storage.
5. Storage:
The storage period of this product is set at six months. This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place to prevent direct sunlight exposure; Prevent serious pollution from acids and alkalis, and isolate sources of fire from heat sources.
6. Package:
