Submerged arc furnace.

Submerged arc furnace is also called electric arc furnace or electric resistance furnace. It is mainly used to restore smelt ore as well as the material of carbonaceous reducing agent and rholite. Submerged arc furnace mainly produces silicon iron, ferromanganese iron, chromium iron, ferrotungsten, silicon-manganese alloy and other ferroalloys. The operating features are that carbon or magnesia refractory is used in lining of furnace and that electrode is used. The electrode is inserted into furnace charge to for submerged arc operation. It is a kind of industrial electric furnace making use of the arc energy and energy producing by current through the furnace charge. It has the function of continuous feeding charge, intermittent slagging and continuous operation.

Features:

Short net of ferro-alloy submerged arc furnace is arranged as inverted triangle. Calcium carbide furnace is arranged as erected triangle. The reasonable design shortens distances of short net, reduces the length gap of three-phase copper tile, and reaches the highest power factor. Copper pipe is used thin-wall copper pipe and the arrangement is adopt double wire system. 180 degrees of compensation makes magnetic field counteracted. Water cooling can keep short net operating at low temperature, reduce troubles and improve the operation efficiency of system. The choice of main technical parameters of furnace body and electrical parameters is reasonable and practical. Electrode system adopts international advanced demag technology, South Africa PYROMET technology, etc. For example, hanging cylinder type electrode lifting device is adopted, which has reliable performance and can adjust up and down position of electrode.

(the shell of the furnace is aluminum alloy).

(2) The above quoted price is for routine configuration. Other configurations can be added, such as leak alarm, water temperature alarm, furnace switch, cover mechanism, lining ejector and transformer, cooling device (open and close cooling tower, closed cooling tower, plate heat exchanger)

3) If necessary, send technicians to carry out the commissioning: the domestic section is free; the overseas section travel expenses, accommodation and food are borne by the user and each person is subsidized 150 US dollars per day.

4) I quote EX-W at a price including simple packing, including shipping charges to Shanghai port area and all inland charges in China.

V) The above electric furnace voltage levels are 380V, 690V and 950/1000V, and the frequency is 50HZ. If the user equipment requirements are different from the above voltage levels and frequencies, each item needs to be increased by 15000USD.
