Principle:
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, the mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. It is moved in the drier by the driving device. The drier is composed of several units, each unit hot air circulates independently, part of the tail gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve, heat and dry and remove moisture. The net belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, the finished product after drying falls into the feeder continuously. The up and down cycle unit can be flexibly equipped according to the user's needs, and the number of units can be selected according to the needs.

Advantage:
The mesh belt dryer is composed of several independent unit segments. The operation parameters of drying medium quantity, temperature, humidity and tail gas circulation can be independently controlled to ensure the reliability and optimization of operation conditions. Structural form:
1.Single-stage belt dryer: the dried material is evenly distributed to the conveyor belt through the feeding device from the feeding end. The conveyor belt is usually made of perforated stainless steel sheet, driven by a motor through a gearbox and adjustable speed. Drier box is usually separated into several units, in order to independently control operating parameters, optimization of operation. There is an isolation section between the drying sections, in which there is no drying medium circulation.
2.Multi-stage belt dryer: multi-stage belt dryer is essentially composed of several single-stage belt dryer series, its operating principle and single-stage belt dryer the same.

3.Multi-layer belt dryer: Multi-layer belt dryer is often used for drying speed requirements lower, drying time is long, in the whole drying process operating conditions can maintain a constant occasion. A partition is arranged between the layers to organize the directional flow of the drying medium, so as to make the material dry evenly. Multi-layer belt dryers are widely used for drying grain materials due to their small footprint and simple structure. However, due to the operation of repeated loading and unloading, it is not suitable for dry and easy to adhere to the conveyor belt and do not allow the broken material.
4.Impact belt dryer: the impact belt dryer is suitable for drying fabric, tobacco, substrate coating and other thin sheet materials. Impact belt conveyor usually consists of two conveyor belt. The impact belt conveyor can be separated into unit segments for independent control. After the drying medium is humidified, part of it is discharged, and part of it is returned to be mixed with fresh drying medium for recirculation.
