Product Description:
The machine is mainly used to wrap and compress inner mattress or sofa pocket spring units into a big roller to save storage space and reduce transportation costs. It reduces unit area of pocket spring units during transportation and storage by 1/14 ratio.

Technical Characteristics:

1.PLC controlled operator control panel.

2.Speed adjustment control with driver.

3.Maximum 200cm wide of spring unit to be packed.

4.Compression adjustment according to specifications of spring to be rolled.

5.Ability to roll maximum 12 rolls per hour.

6.The machine stops automatically when the wrapping material runs out.
