Product Description

Symons cone crusher It is suitable for crushing ores and rocks with medium hardness and above. The cone crusher uses the compensating lubricating grease sealing, which can avoid lubrication oil being polluted by dust, so that all parts can work reliably and have a long operating life. It is widely used in the metallurgical industry, construction materials industry, road building industry, chemical industry and silicate industry. According to customer demand, there are standard type, medium type and short head type for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing operation.

Features:
The symons cone crusher has spring sets & hydraulic cylinders as a combined type cone crusher. when some materials, like iron or very hard&big materials being fed into the cone crusher, cylinder can lift the adjusting set , so the materials will fall down from the discharge opening. hydraulic cylinder can be easily operated, which it can not only save human workers, also less break-down times.

Working Principle:
High precision bowl bearing reserves and centralized lubrication systems and novel stem oil seals dust control system. When you need to adjust the discharge opening size can be adjusted by hand to promote the winch. The machine also has a thing when it is not broken into the crushing chamber, spring safety devices to protect equipment from damage characteristics.

When cone crusher works, motor drives the eccentric shaft through the pulley, which will rotate set of gears, the crushing conic moving in force constantly to squeezed and crushed the materials between mantle & concave.
