   New customers can receive free samples for standard fasteners, with express charges covered by the client. Old customers receive free samples with express charges covered by us.



8. Do you accept small orders?
   
   Yes, we accept orders of any size and maintain stock for various fasteners. Custom production is also available.



9. What is your delivery time?
   
   If in stock, we can deliver within 15 days. For larger quantities, delivery may take 25-35 days.



10. What is your packaging?
    
    Our standard packaging is 20-25kg per carton, with 36 or 48 cartons per pallet. Customized packaging with logos is available upon request.



11. What are your payment terms?
    
    We accept T/T, L/C, and D/P for general orders, and Paypal and Western Union for small or sample orders.
