The Heavy-Duty Incline Checkweigher & Reject System is designed for the most demanding applications. It checks and rejects your product by weight, count, length or width. It can be used for a variety of products including pharmaceuticals, confectionary items and food products. The system uses an incline conveyor to transport product to the checkweigher. The incline conveyor allows for easy loading and unloading of product onto the system. The checkweigher will detect if the product is acceptable or needs to be rejected. If accepted, it will be directed back onto the incline conveyor and directed to your packaging line. If rejected, it will travel along another path where it can be collected by a reject shuttle and returned to your shipping area or destroyed if needed.

Ensuring accurate product and case weights is a critical necessity no matter your industry. We offer both product and case in-motion check weighing units. This means that the unit can accept appropriately spaced products as they exit the upstream equipment and then weighed and compared to a calculated pre-set. Any products or cases that are determined to be in violation of the acceptable pre-determined weights are then noted for removal further downstream.

Your control over this machinery is unmatched by other products available. Not only do you have the ability to control the unit through the touch screen interface, but you also can monitor the machine's performance to ensure the utmost efficiency and throughput.

PRODUCT CHECKWEIGHER EQUIPMENT

Product checkweigher unit is an in-motion weigh scale that captures product weight and transmits the data for validation, printing, and labeling. The product checkweigher is capable of performing over/under case weight validation electronically via load beam based on pre-sets before confirming their specs for further downstream processing or flagging them for removal from the processing line for reworking.

A high performance checkweigher from Vikingdetector  helps prevent underfilled or overfilled packages from reaching consumers. It also reduces product waste and rework time, provides completeness checks for package components and important production data for process improvements.

Comply with Industry Regulations and Local Weights and Measures

Dynamic checkweighers verify the weight of every product on the line, detecting and remove an underfilled product before it becomes a problem. In addition, the load cells that power our checkweighers are able to filter out environmental noise that could influence the weighing result, meaning a reduction in false rejects.
This helps to keep manufacturers in compliance with local weights and measures regulations as well as industry standards. More importantly, it helps to reduce production costs by reducing wasted product through the use of real-time feedback and automatic adjustment to filling equipment.

The optional Due Diligence Kits add further monitoring options, which make certain non-conforming or defective products are safely removed from the production line. To make rework easier to perform, the system can even sort products into different reject bins depending on the issue.
