RECOMMENDATIONS

* No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) shall be added to the prepared mortar.
* Mortar shall not be used again by mixing with water or dry mortar if its application time has expired.
* Wait at least 24 hours for joint application.
* May be used for coatings with water absorption of ≤0.5 and > 0.5 (ceramic, granite and porcelain ceramic, marble, etc.).
* Coating areas specified below are suitable for an ideal application:
* On interior walls and interior/exterior floors: Coating area ≤3600 cm²
* On exterior walls: Coating area ≤1200 cm² (12m height)
* On exterior walls: Coating area ≤2000 cm² (8m height)
* On exterior walls: Coating area ≤3600 cm² (4m height)
* KAROFIX® SUPER FLEX White is recommended for light coloured applications.
* We recommend that the application shall be performed between +5°C and +35°C.
* For an ideal application, coating material shall be fixed to the mortar applied on the surface within 35 minutes.
* For floor heating systems that are currently hot, system shall be turned off 48 hours before the application and it shall be nsured that the system is cooled.
* We recommend you to take additional mechanical precautions for heights over 8m.
* It shall not be applied on frozen surfaces.
* Do not apply under direct sunlight.
* Do not go beyond the application field and the rules.
* Do not inhale it directly. Wash your eyes with plenty of water in case of contact with eyes, seek medical attention if
required.

FAQ

 Which payment terms can we accept?
1. Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C.Western Union are common for us.Other ways are ok by negotiation.
2. On T/T term,30% down payment is required in advance. And 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.
3. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses can be accepted. Please seek the advice form the individual sales manager whom you work with.
Delivery time
Normally, our delivery time is 5-10 days after we receive the deposit. If the order is big, we need to extend the delivery time.

What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
We can ship construction machinery by various transportation tools.
Normally, we will go by sea, to main continents, for light spare parts in urgent demand, we can ship it by international courier service. Such as DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx.

Does your price include freight?
Our usual price is based on FOB Qingdao Or Tianjin Port, if you request CIF, please give us your delivery port, and we will give you CIF price.
