Ready to work
1. Count all the parts according to the delivery list. The missing parts during the transportation should be filled, and the damaged or deformed parts during the transportation should be repaired.
2. Check and accept the foundation, and correct any inconsistencies with the drawings. And remove the dirt and debris in the reserved holes.Installation sequence1. Put the auxiliary beam of the movable beam on the central column and drop to the bottom.
2. Install the central support part on the top of the central concrete column, align the level and the center with the anchor bolts, and fix it with 1:2 cement mortar.
3. Install the rail part to correct and fix the rail according to the installed central support part. The track is composed of multiple sections to form a circle, and each joint is connected by an inner and an outer arc-shaped plate. The arc of the track will always be deformed during manufacturing and transportation. It should be corrected and fixed at the working position along the cement pool during installation. During construction, the level and center distance should be checked at the same time to make them meet the requirements at the same time. Then fix it with anchor wire and pre-embedded iron. The anchor wire is poured with 1:2 cement mortar. Re-check the level and center distance, and check along the circumference of the center line of the track. The level error is not more than 1mm, and the center distance error is not more than 5mm. After meeting the requirements, weld the arc-shaped connecting plate.
Fourth, install the movable beam part
1. Align the symmetrical center line of the sub-beam with the two hanging shafts of the central support part.
2. Install the triangular tail section of the movable beam, put the two lifting eyes on the two lifting shafts, install the retaining ring and the positioning sleeve, and tighten the positioning screws. Use the backing plate to support the tail of the triangle beam so that the side under the lifting ear is vertical.
3. Install the movable beam head section. Align the connection position with the tail section, use the backing plate to support the other end, keep the joint seam of the head section and the tail section in a vertical state, and weld the connection position.
4. Install the transmission part. The part of the transmission trolley is hoisted on the head section of the movable beam, so that the driving roller is perpendicular to the centerline of the track, the horizontal plane connecting bolt and the vertical plane reaming bolt are installed, and the backing plate supported under the movable beam is taken out.
5. Install the auxiliary beam. In order to facilitate installation, the connecting parts of the sub-beam are spot welded in one body. During installation, according to the needs of the situation, some connection points can be disassembled to facilitate the installation of bolts. After all the connecting bolts of the auxiliary beam are installed and tightened in place, all the connections of the auxiliary beam are finally welded.
6. Install the scraper. Arrange the positions according to the sequence number of the assembly drawing, and weld the scraper under the movable beam. Pay attention to the directionality when installing, and the rotation direction of the movable beam is clockwise. The arc surface of the scraper is the forward direction. The scraper and the center line of the movable beam form an angle of about 50°, and the high and low ends of the scraper are basically the same distance from the inclined bottom of the thickening tank. The clearance between the lower edge of all scrapers and the inclined bottom of the thickening tank should be basically the same. The gap value should be in the range of 40mm~80mm. Check the gap between the scraper and the inclined bottom by one rotation. The minimum point should be 40mm. If there is interference, the scraper can be cut lower. If the gap is too large, welding can be used as appropriate. The scraper should be symmetrically and evenly distributed under the movable beam, and the scraper should have "full scraping" performance. If it cannot be scraped, the scraper in certain positions can be lengthened as appropriate.
7. Check all welded parts of the movable beam, and repair welds where there are missing welds or insufficient weld strength. Check the connecting bolts between the driving trolley and the movable beam, and all tighten them to prevent loosening.
Five, install the fixed beam part
1. Install the fixed beam bracket on the concrete table by the thickening pool, and hang the anchor bolts.
2. Hoist the fixed beam and connect it with the installed central support part with bolts. Align the fixed bracket position on the concrete table, and fix the anchor bolts with 1:2 grout.
6. Install the slurry inlet pipe or chute on the fixed beam to the central slurry inlet pipe of the central support part. During production, the pulp enters the central cavity of the supporting part and flows into the thickening tank along the cement column. The installation slope of the fixed beam is above 5%. It can meet the general slope requirements of gravity flow pipelines. If the particle size of the slurry is relatively coarse and the slope is required to be greater, the slope of the fixed beam can be increased as appropriate to meet the needs.
Seven, install the cable. There are two cable joint positions in the center support part. A ring joint is installed in the center bracket, and the lead wire of the ring joint is led out from the pipe of the inclined cover. This joint should be connected to the control cabinet, and the cable connected to the control cabinet is laid on the fixed beam. The collector connector that slides along the ring connector leads out the wiring from the hole on the rotating round shell. This connector is connected to the motor, and the motor cable should be laid on the movable beam. Check for "short circuit", "phase loss", "leakage", "open circuit", etc., and eliminate all faults to ensure the safety of electricity use.
8. Thoroughly remove all dirt in the thickener to ensure safe production and no contamination of concentrated products.
9. Install ancillary equipment. Mainly include: slurry pipeline, overflow water discharge pipeline, and concentrate discharge equipment such as pipelines, valves, sand pumps, etc. In order to ensure continuous production, the pumping station that discharges the concentrate should be "double-matched", connected by a three-way pipe and valve. When one of them fails, it should be able to start the operation of the standby pump station and carry out overhaul at the same time. The pumping station should have a high-pressure water recoil device.Centrifugal Gold Concentrator Working Principle:
Centrifugal gold concentrator is a relatively new type of gravity concentration apparatus. The machines utilise the principles of a centrifuge to enhance the gravitational force experienced by feed particles to effect separation based on particle density. The key components of the unit are a cone shaped "concentrate" bowl, rotated at high speed by an electric motor and a pressurized water jacket encompassing the bowl. Feed material, typically from a ball mill discharge or cyclone underflow bleed, is fed as a slurry toward the centre of the bowl from above. The feed slurry contacts the base plate of the vessel and due to its rotation, is thrust outward. The outer extremities of the concentrate bowl house a series of ribs and between each pair of ribs is a groove. During operation the lighter material flows upward over the grooves and heavy mineral particles (usually of economic value) become trapped within them. Pressurized water is injected through a series of tangential water inlets along the perimeter of each groove to maintain a fluidized bed of particles in which heavy mineral particles can be efficiently concentrated.

Operating procedures1. It must be done before the concentrator starts
1. Remove debris from the upper part of the machine and around, and check that there are no obstacles on the rack and raceway. The transmission part and lubrication parts should be in good condition and not allowed to run with disease.
2. Check whether the mine pipe or trough is unblocked, the rakes are in good condition, the underflow gate should be opened and closed freely, and the cofferdam should be closed tightly (requires a spare gate) without defects.
3. Check whether the rubber pump screws are loose and the triangle belt is tight.
4. Check the condition of the roller screen for sieving particles. Confirm the above four points before driving.
2. For the thickener with lifting device, lift the rake to a certain position before driving, and then drive. Disconnect the rake when stopping suddenly, find out the cause and remove the fault before driving.
Three. Do it in operation
1. Close the underflow gate, drive without load, and then feed to the mine.
2. Sundries are not allowed to fall into the machine, and the bottom discharge gate must be opened flexibly and equipped with a spare gate.
3. Check the operation of the rubber pump in the center of the thickener and the transmission parts. Packing leakage should be dealt with in time, and the lubrication parts should be filled with oil in time.
4. To keep the safety device, the signal is in good condition.
Four. Do it when you stop
1. Before stopping, the tailings must be processed, reduce the load as much as possible, and close the ore gate.
2. Clean up the debris and equipment in the mine passage and hang up warning signs to do a good job in civilized production.
