Heavy Plate Fasteners, High-Performance Fasteners have been developed for very high-wear applications such as spliced belts used in Round Balers. They are proven to be the highest-performing splice on the market due to their high strength and long splice life and will perform equally well in other applications.
 
The Heavy Plate Fasteners are suitable for belts in the range of 4 - 7 mm thickness and Belt Strength up to 520kN/m.
The U20 Fastener is an innovative and fast solution to join your belts by simply screwing them together. this mechanical splice is extremely easy to install.
It is inspired by rivet fastener technology, bringing a major evolution in its ease of installation.

Goodlark U20-15 Conveyor Belt Fastener
The U20 is designed for use in belts in the thickness range of 4-7mm. The system is particularly suitable for
operation on small pulleys and offers extremely long service life. The main applications are:


. Agriculture.
. Specially for splicing round hay baler belts.
. Industry.
Installation:
* The hydraulic jack can easily install heavy plate fasteners.
* The hydraulic jack replaces the conventional Vice by means of a pneumatically driven hydraulic Power Pack.
The heavy plate fastener is pressed onto the belt directly during the pneumatic closing movement.
* In a balanced system, the pressure exerted on the smaller piston is smaller, and the pressure exerted on the larger piston is also larger so that the liquid can be kept still. Therefore, through the transfer of liquid, different pressures on different ends can be obtained, so that a transformation can be achieved.
