Fine Crusher Product Description
The fine crusher is suitable for ultra-fine crushing operation with compressive strength less than 260Mpa, water content less than 20%, feed size less than 60mm, and finished product size 0.1-5mm. Such as crushing iron ore, quartzite, potassium (sodium) feldspar, limestone, river pebbles, silicon metal, barite, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste (concrete), shale, lime, coal, coke, clay, bentonite, chemical raw materials. It can be widely used in mining, thermoelectricity, cement ceramics, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, featuring low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, low water requirement, reliable performance, low power consumption, low dust, low noise and so on.
Two roller surfaces -resurfacing welded and flat roller surface, which can be selected and combined according to the granularity required by users.
Fine Crusher Working Principle
Fine crusher uses four wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers, the relative rotation of the high pressure generated by the crush to break the material. After the material enters into the top two rollers V-type crushing chamber, it is squeezed and grounded by the relative rotation of the upper two rollers for the first time (coarse crushing), and then it enters into the middle two rollers V-type crushing chamber for the second time (fine crushing), and then it finally enters into the lower two rollers V-type crushing chamber for the third time (ultra-fine crushing) to be crushed into the required granularity by the outlet, of which the middle two rollers are common rollers.
