1. Hammer Crusher
1) 9FH series wood crusher can process wood materials (raw wood, logs, tree root and tree branches) with size less than 200mm (diameter) and moisture below 30%. After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 1~10mm.
2) The Wood Crusher Machine is made of cutting device, crushing device, air blower and cyclone separator. The wood material are cut into small pieces through the cutting device and sent into the second device for further crushing.
3) The final sawdust will be sent to the gathering place by the air blower. The whole machine only need one electric motor, with simple structure, working stable, low energy consumption, high output and low cost.
2. Screw Conveyor
1) Screw Conveyor is used to transmit materials from one process to the next. It can ensure the continuous production of wood pellet plant and reduce manual labor.
2. Pipe Dryer
1) Raw materials for making wood pellet should have water content between 10% and 18%. Dryer machine can lower the water content to required level, so as to improve the molding rate and pellet quality.
2) Dryer machine can be classified into airflow dryer and drum dryer 2 types. Airflow dryer applies to materials whose diameter is less than 5mm. It can lower the moisture content from 25-30% to 10-15%. Drum dryer applies to large-sized biomass materials. It can lower the moisture content from 35%-50% to 12%-15%.
4. Wood Pellet Mill
1) KAF Series Flat Die Biomass Pellet Machine is suitable for farm use, large farms, and woodworking industry.
2) The raw material could be hard wood, sawdust, rice husk, bamboo power, straw, cotton seed shell etc. and can mix with all kinds of power materials.
3) This model is available with φ6, 8, 10, 12mm flat dies with various apertures and compression ratios to choose from. Users can choose flat dies with different apertures and compression ratios according to different needs, and obtain technical and economic benefits.
5. Horizontal Cooler
1) The outside of the sieve is covered by closed steel to reduce the noisy pollution. On the adjustable speed system, the drum sieve is rotating on certain speed; the pellet is separated and cooled from top to bottom on the rotating of drum sieve.
2) The fine powder is discharged from the front of drum sieve, and the good pellet is outlet from the back of drum sieve. During cooling and sieving process, the rotating is evenly, low impulsion, vibrating, and stable.
3) The installation this machine is easy which can be directly put on the ground, floor board or under the storage. This machine is easy to closely collect dust and maintain.
6. Packing Machine
1) It is suitable for quantitative packaging of granules in rice, sugar, grains, wood pellets, coffee beans, cat litter, animal feeds and etc.
2) The system is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for powder material in the flour factory and other industry.
Raw Materials:
Moisture content: 14%-20%. Dry materials are hard to mold, while damp materials make the wood pellets too loose. To keep the raw materials with suitable moisture, you may need a dryer machine.
Raw material size: under 5mm. The size of raw materials should be smaller than the hole size of the pellet mill die. As the hole size are usually 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, the raw materials should be under 5mm. You may need a hammer mill or a wood crusher to process the materials.
