Each planter will be wrapped in paper and put into a carton which will then be sealed with tape. That will prevent any damage during shipping, safe and peace to your end.

Q2 Do you accept customized orders?
A: Yes, warmly welcome. Our R&D team will offer one-stop service for you from original idea to finished product with package design.
Q3: What do you need from me to do a quote on custom planters?
A: Just tell us your requirements, such as qty, size, style, materials, logos and etc. A drawing is always helpful if you have.
A: For existing design, we accept order with 1000pcs. And the lead time is about 35 workdays after confirmed the payment. (Up to order quantity)
Q5: What's the payment and shipping?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, 30% upon order placed, 70% before shipment. And shipping order placed, 70% before shipment. Shipment: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF ...
Q6: Will you provide free sample?
A: Yes, we can provide free sample for checking-up but you need to pay for the shipping cost.
Q7: What about your after sale services?
A: If any crack on delivering, we would try best to help to solve it, refund, resend goods, or other ways.
Q8: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, welcome to visit our factory, you can take plane arrive at WuXu airport or you get to Nanning station by Railway High-speed. We'll pick you up.
