ASTM 5120 GB 20CrMnTi is a carburized steel with good properties, high hardenability, and hard and wear-resistant surface and tough core after carburizing and quenching. The carburized steel is usually a low carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.17% - 0.24%. Transmission gears are mostly made of it in automobiles. It is medium hardenable carburized steel and medium Cr Mn Ti steel. Its hardenability is high. Under the condition of ensuring hardenability, it has high impact toughness at low temperature. 20CrMnTi steel for surface carburizing and hardening treatment. Heat treatment specifications: quenching: first 880 ºC, second 870 ºC, oil cooled; Tempering at 200 ºC, water-cooled and air-cooled;
