(1) Pollution resistance. Galvanized corrugated board has a strong resistance to pollution, ketchup, lipstick, coffee drinks, cooking oil and other applied on the surface of polyester coating, placed 24 hours, with washing liquid cleaning and drying, the surface luster, color does not change.
(2) High temperature resistance. After continuous heating for 90 h in oven at 120ºC, the gloss and color of galvanized corrugated board have no obvious change.
(3) Low temperature resistance. When the galvanized corrugated board is placed at -54ºC for 24 h, the bending and impact resistance of the coating have no obvious change.
(4) boiling water resistance. After soaking all kinds of corrugated board samples in boiling water for 60 min, the surface luster and color do not change, and there is no foaming, softening, expansion and other phenomena.
